About Us
Location
Eden Fields is conveniently located south of M-61 approximately two miles east of I-75, and two miles west of town. This allows easy access to our facility no matter where you are coming from. We are very fortunate to have a hospital within 1.5 miles of our home. Our 12-passenger van can easily take residents to community events and outings. A beautiful, wooded area surrounds the east side of the building, and we are located on a quiet, low traffic road.
Facility
We offer 20 assisted living apartments with a combination of studios and one bedroom. Our memory care offers 20 studio apartments. Each apartment can be customized by the resident, so they feel at home. Our family like environment offers daily activity and stimulation to maximize function of each individual. We also have a large community room, activity room, beauty shop, and access to the outdoors. The courtyard has a covered pavilion, and vegetable and flower gardens for the residents to tend to.
Staff
Eden Fields is staffed 24 hours per day with qualified personnel, and a nurse on call for any changes in the resident's status. Emergency systems are available in all of the apartments. We offer an in-house medical provider as an option for their total care. Our staff includes our administrator, resident care supervisor, LPNs, nursing assistants, kitchen staff, full kitchen/laundry service, and maintenance staff.
